Return & Replacement Policy

We accept replacement requests only for damaged, defective or wrong products received.

To request replacement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
1. Order ID
2. Unboxing video
3. Clear product photos

Products must be unused and in original condition.

No return or replacement will be accepted for wrong model selection by customer.
